| We want to set accurate processing and delivery expectations for you, the customer. We process orders Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm central standard time. You can expect your order to be processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 2:00pm central standard time on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and major U.S. holidays. After an order is completely processed is will ship out via FedEx on 2 day delivery. Overnight and Saturday deliveries are an extra charge and must be specifically requested. On the day your package is shipped out, you will get an e-mail confirmation from FedEx that will give you the tracking number and date of delivery. !!!!!! IMPORTANT NOTICE-FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box !!!!!!!!! |

| International Shipping: | |
| Orders will be processed the same way as the above Domestic Shipping procedures. International customers can expect receipt of the FedEx shipment within 3-5 days upon shipping the package from the U.S. For International orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient. If an order is refused and/or sent back for any reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. International orders must be cleared through customs and this process has been shown to possibly delay the arrival of the shipment by a few days. International customers will also receive an e-mail confirmation from FedEx the day the package ships out detailing the expected date of delivery and the tracking number. | |

| Subscription Policy | |
| ActiGraph offers a 15 day free trial of the Virtual Trainer console. At the end of the 15 day free trial, the customer will be automatically billed based on the terms selected during account registration. However, the customer may cancel the subscription at anytime prior to the billing date to avoid any charges. Subscription payments are not reversible after the credit card is billed. | |
| Warranty | |
| Units being replaced under a warranty condition will not be shipped to the customer until the failed units have been received and verified to be warranty failures. The customer may opt to immediately have a replacement unit shipped to them prior to ActiGraph receiving their failed unit. In this case, ActiGraph will obtain a valid credit card from the customer to secure the return of the failed unit(s). If the failed unit(s) has not been returned within ten business days of the customer receiving the new unit(s) the credit card will be charged the single unit rate.
The ActiTrainer’s limited warranty shall cover the ActiTrainer, Polar chest strap, and belt holster for a period of one year and the armband for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase against defects in manufacturing including faulty electronics and/or damages to the mechanical structure not inflicted by the customer. Returned products shown to be damaged by the customer will not be replaced but rather returned in their current condition. If repair is not possible, ActiGraph will replace the faulty item with a new, used, or factory refurbished functionally equivalent device. It is possible that due to device obsolescence or natural product evolution that the customer may receive a slightly different model than the one returned. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees incurred for transport of the device to ActiGraph’s facility. During the initial six (6) months of the warranty period ActiGraph will cover the return shipping costs, using standard shipment methods. A $29.95 shipping and handling fee will be assessed if the repairs occur after the first six months from the original purchase date. For warranty repairs, click here to request an RMA number. | Returns | |
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase but must be fully functional and in perfect working condition. All items from the original purchase must be returned in the same package with sales slip attached. Failure to return all items may result in refusal of return. A refund will be issued for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refunded. Contact customer service by clicking here before returning your merchandise. Be sure to obtain an RMA Number prior to returning your ActiTrainer or accessory.
The RMA form should be clearly filled out and should be returned in the same box as the product.
Notice concerning subscriptions: Returning a device to us does not automatically stop your subscription to the Virtual Trainer. You must log into your account and cancel the subscription through the "My Account" page. |
